Notes

For the best Mini Baileys Chocolate Cheesecake Trifles, make sure your cream cheese is fully softened so the filling becomes smooth and lump-free. Whipping the cream to stiff peaks is important because it helps the layers hold their shape and keeps the trifles looking neat and structured.
Don’t skip chilling time—this step allows the cheesecake layer to set properly and lets all the flavors blend together beautifully. For a stronger chocolate flavor, you can slightly increase the cocoa powder, but avoid adding extra Baileys as it may make the texture too soft.
These trifles are best served cold and fresh for the perfect balance of creamy, rich, and light textures in every bite.
